I am a highly skilled personal development practitioner with over 20 years' experience of training, coaching, counselling and managing people, based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk and providing:    Training in management skills    Training needs analysis    Group facilitation    Business coaching for SMEs    Life coaching and counselling for individual clients With qualifications in Gestalt psychotherapy, Human Resources management, Group work and Coaching, as well as a number of years' experience as a manager in the voluntary sector, I help people find practical solutions to bring about change for the better. My ethos is to believe that people are capable of more than they imagine.

 I am a Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development  as well as a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and adhere to their Code of Ethics.  In addition, I am an Approved Trainer with Voluntary Norfolk.
