Dreams & Nightmares Dreams come to us when there are things your subconscious mind wants you to understand something that will help you with real-life issues. I have a particular interest in dreams and the method I use offers you the opportunity to discover the message of your dream so you can improve the quality of your life. Nightmares occur when your subconscious really wants you to take notice. It uses scary images so you will take notice of them - it's as if your dreams are shouting at you. Nightmares are not premonitions and the message they hold often has nothing to do with the subject matter of the dream. How does it work? In a typical session you describe the dream and then choose an element (a person or object in the dream) to look at in more detail. The Gestalt method does not interpret dreams, but allows you to make sense of whatever we look at in the context of your own life. You don't need to remember the whole dream, as even a fragment you've remembered will contain the same information. Sessions last an hour and most people find that one session is enough to understand the meaning of the dream. To arrange an introductory session or to find out more, please call Ghyslaine Clarke on 07913 749349 or email gclarke@gaincd.co.uk
